So fed up of seeing judgement feeds from people saying you should stay at home and reflect during an eclipse or buying solar glasses is commercialisation of a celestial act….the very fact people are coming together to see the moon pass the sun and not staying in to watch Eastenders is a win in my book, FFS let people be where they are in their timeline and stop heaping superior judgement s**t on anyone that takes an interest in our beautiful world!!!! Yep! Glad I got that out of my system!!!!

Watching my tomatoes grow, enjoying the butterflies and having a bit of a digital detox, but I’m still here, just having a lovely slow staycation before my big holiday next week!
Then my big wedding anniversary and back to teaching in September!

My June reads, enjoyed language of yin and the sheer flexibility of dipping in and out of it, used the birth of the butterfly sequence in last weeks Friday night yin club and honestly the energy in the room of calm and quiet was palpable. Didn’t enjoy what’s your purpose at all!! Too fluffy, too outdated and just not my cup of tea, no wonder it has been on my book case for years but if you fancy it I will probably be dropping it at Carshalton Beeches train station charity book shelf over the weekend!!!

A lovely warm evening for the July Friday Night Yin Club at EcoLocal
The birth of the butterfly sequence, so serene and restful.
Next Friday Night Yin is 18th September, seems ages away, will be here before we know it!

Ladies! Come and have a Summer Chill Out! The garden doors will be open, with a warm breeze ( according to the weather app!) the sound of birds and the gong and Sound bath, it might be just what you need before the kids break up!!

Another nourishing women’s circle at The Soul Space with Jo, this week celebrating Summer Solstice. So grateful Jo has created this wonderful space in Carshalton to come together, share and just be! We made little rosemary and lavender poses to bring the essence of summer and all the magical properties these plants hold, into our homes. Just lovely! And for those that know Jo’s huge teapot, well it just makes tea and cake that bit more special!!
