What is the Mission of an Online Fitness Coach ? ๐Ÿค”

A coach includes several roles. A coach must be a psychologist, nutritionist, must know the biomechanics of muscles. It's crucial a fitness coach understands how all processes in human body occur.

The main task is to get the client to the result in the most comfortable way. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

It's never about pushing hard, force to train 7 times a week or follow a strict diet. Never. Unless that is the goal. ๐Ÿ˜…

There are people that won't train at all and get to their goal, because they have the right nutrition plan.

My mission is to provide the right and convenient path. Is my duty to make it easy, the person doesn't have to bother. The main focus is on life, family, career and not fitness. This is just a small part of the routine.

I know how to keep a client's health under control.

If hormones are abnormal, our goal is to fix it. Yes I am not a doctor, but I have the knowledge to read and understand blood tests results.I will suggest which indicators are abnormal and how to normalise them.

My goal is to make people believe in themselves, so that they achieve the desired body and multiply their health. I am there as a motivator and psychologist for them and always available

How to eat and not get fat ?๐Ÿค”

This is a very common questions among those trying to sort out their nutrition towards their desired shape.

Very often we hear "I want to be in shape, but I can't refuse food either".

So, what to do in this case then ?

- To get in shape you must go on a comfortable regiment (diet)
Don't fall into restrictions cause in the shortest time you will quit what you have started. Just count your macros and calories.

- Once a week, you can afford to eat something that is "not allowed"

- If you want to get rid of junk food, then do it gradually.

- The optimal numbers of meals is three times a day.

- Yes you can eat sweets. We can keep carbs coming from sugars around 30% of total carbs, if we are on the right nutrition plan. If we are on a keto diet, then we perfectly understand that we should have no sugars.

- Yes you can eat at night. Nothing will happen as long as you are within your calorie norm. The bad side is, you may wake up with water retention.

Simple, you could perfectly eat burgers and still burn fat, but junk food will get your body composition in negative direction over time.
