Meet Daniel Carlton! Daniel is a certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of training and fitness experience. Daniel Graduated with an MA Degree in the University of St. Andrews.

With years of experience under his belt, he has helped, and provided results to countless clients to this day.

In addition to competing in powerlifting competitions, Daniel is a former athlete with experience in competitive rugby, representing the St. Andrews rugby team as well as other clubs.
