Mornings are fresh and enjoyable. Yes still in PJ.
I like to start my day with morning Adhkar, long breaths outside, warm water and apple vinegar and/or spices (ginger, turmeric, clove and cinnamon) + black seed oil (Habba sawda) 30-60 minutes before breakfast.
I would recommend not delaying it as it might cause fat storage.
Do you have a morning routine?

Starting this new week with so much acknowledgment of my progress and evolution.
Yesterday I attended a gathering with women and we had this activity: rolling yarn around a wig with colours of our choice to symbolise the different periods of last year.
I attended with Assia.
My take away:
- I went through different emotions, Evers, traille and feelings.
- some uncomfortable feelings were mixed with sparks β‘οΈ of good things
- we label as βbadβ βsome eventsβ but they were in fat opportunities in disguise
- our traumas are NOT what happened to us but the meaning we have to them
- Traumatic events become traumas ONLY when we donβt have around us comfort and security to handle them
- Assia saw her still short life as all pink and said it meant she was happy, she added a thread of fluffy blue as she misses Fluffy, the cat of Anna our previous neighbour
- I have never been as happy and at peace as now that I accepted and chose to be myself.
It was so reassuring to hear Assia sharing her βpinkβ π story. If I had this activity at 8 my stick would have had so much dark colours to symbolise the suffering I was going through.
