The THREE most common 'What if's.'
Let’s squash them right here and now!
1️⃣ 𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲!
Totally normal to feel like this, but you won’t! Unlike on a big trampoline, we keep our ((BOUNCE)) low, controlled and steady. We squeeze our core which help us keep that stability. Take the lower options while you improve your balance. And remember - it’s only 4 inches off the floor!
2️⃣ 𝗜’𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳!
Don’t let this stop you from trying one of our sessions.
You are encouraged throughout class to engage your pelvic floor muscles so this will help strengthen the pelvic floor.
3️⃣ 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
It doesn’t matter if you’re going left when everyone goes right or up when everyone goes down. As long as you’re enjoying it and moving your body, it’s all good! No one cares. The more you attend the more it just clicks. On average, a person’s coordination will improve up to 70% within just the first 6 classes!
