Preparing for Monday 3rd January. Day 1 of the new body challenge.
First thing first is to take a photo, this makes it easier to track progress.
Now let's make a goal 1-3 is enough.
1. Workout for at least 4 days per week
2. Drink 2L of water daily
3. Get rid of my mum tummy 😛
Equipment check: no equipment is needed however as my goal is to increase muscle mass and tone I will be using weights, barbells, dumbbells, Kettlebells and resistance bands.
Day 1 is prepared: Full body BODY PUMP

Thursdays: HIIT Lunchtime gains. 20 mins - online and outdoor SW9 12.30pm
Fridays: Legs, B***y and Party - online 8.30pm
Saturdays: ladies only HIIT - online 8am *No music
Sundays: HIIT 10am- online and outdoor bootcamp CR4
