As explained in todays sessions. Everything happens by design. We tend to say ' I wish I had a body like her/him' or 'your lucky you have the Gene's' in actual fact this is not true. The formula to a good looking body is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. The person who has that figure you want has got there by design so to get the body you want you design it π dont keep wishing for it but start working for it πͺ. Well done everyone for smashing this week. π₯π₯π₯ have a great weekend!
