My lovely daughter had a squash lesson with me and made an Instagram post. Now I need an Instagram lesson to find out how to do it.

HOW DO I KEEP FIT? Everyone that knows me knows I keep things balanced. I’ve never been a 5-days-week gym girl, nor have I always been a runner. I track my macros but I don’t eat the same thing day in, day out. What I do do, is keep things balanced, keep myself accountable, eat whatever I like so long as it’s high in protein at the end of the day and everything else is in moderation, get some level of movement in every day, and generally make sure I’m enjoying my life. I rest and recover, take hot baths and cold showers, read whenever I’m on the tube, listen to guided meditation before bed, burn candles and run the essential oil diffuser. I keep my space clean, set boundaries, arrive places on time, and don’t let my friends down. Being fit isn’t just in the body, it’s in the mind and it’s in the soul.
