Join me on Monday at 5:30pm for a fabulous flex-band workout and if you don’t have a flex band you can use a pair of leggings or even a towel will work!

The Flex-band is a fantastic piece of equipment to add resistance to increase the challenge & strengthen the muscles 💪🏼

Who said Pilates is easy & doesn’t make you sweat? If you’re not sweating after my class then you’re not doing it right 😉

Pilates can be as easy or as hard as you make it. Pilates is about control. Focusing the mind to the body and increasing muscle awareness comes from focus and determination. Sometimes a class can be as simple as ‘choreographically’ possible but the work of the mind to muscle connection is intense and the main focus. It’s not about reps after reps it’s about controlled movement performed correctly and focused.

So good to see my regular people getting stronger each week! 😍💃🏼✨
