In both pictures I’m happy with how I look, genuinely.
But the first picture, is me just off the back of a successful track season. (Little did I know my body would break apart later that year & never consistently train at a high level again😅)
The second one, is me a couple months back.
See I’ve put on a nice amount of muscle since stepping away from competitive running.
But I tell you what.
I feel bloody good.
This isn’t a flex. (Kinda is lol)
But just a reminder that wherever you’re starting from.
You can and will make progress with the right approach.
Life looks a little different now that I’m a coach & not just an athlete (because you’re never truly retired😉).
But I make sure my guys and girls know that you should never put limits on what you think you can achieve.
With the right plan, mindset & people around you.
You can do pretty cool things.

Meet Rhianna.
I don’t often share too many results from my clients on here but this one definitely deserves a shout!
Now Rihanna joined CSF online in February.
She came in, needing guidance on where to even start.
Tired, low energy, low confidence & fed up but knowing one thing.
She wanted to transform her body & life. And this time, she’d have a coach in her corner (or her phone😅).
As you can see her transformation in just 2 months has been amazing 🤩
She’s dropped body fat and gained lean muscle, overall toning her whole physique.
But it’s not just her body.
She’s way more energised, confident & even hits the squat rack when she feels up to it!
She still enjoys a night out and time with friends.
Still enjoys a drink and nice food.
But she’s achieved these amazing results.
We did this by controlling her calorie intake,(but not over restricting her), insuring she consumed a sufficient amount of protein & trained towards her specific needs.
AND trained the habit of moving more into her daily busy work life.
But most importantly, she’s had a coach keeping her accountable everyday.
She’s had someone in her corner the whole time to guide her and make sure she stays on track.
She’s had wobbles & they probably won’t be the last.
But she knows the support is there and that’s what’s been the difference this time around.
These are the type of results I live for as a coach, and I cannot wait to see what she goes onto achieve from here.
The next phase has started, so watch this space 👀.

Most of you have seen this one before.
But for anyone new here, this is Taylor.
She wanted to go on the journey of dropping body fat.
So she joint the team. Put the plan into action.
And achieved an amazing result.
The best part?
She’s free to enjoy food because she’s now able to align her values and what her body needs.
This means she’s able to push herself in training, while fuelling her body correctly.
Not over restricting.
I’m so, so proud of her for getting where she has.
And now she’s pushing on to her next phase. So stay tuned for that!!🫡

It’s so f****** simple.
You make a decision that you’re going to make a change.
And with the right guidance, knowledge & accountability.
You get to work.
Thats what Callum did.
And the results speak for themselves.
He didn’t always have the time either.
But that wasn’t used as an excuse as to why he couldn’t get where he wanted to be.
We put a plan into place, and we executed.
No BS. Just action.
I can’t wait to start showing some of the results some of our newer members have been cooking over the last couple of months.

Client 0. 69kg then. 77kg right now. And still aerobically fit.
Before I worked on anyone else, I worked on myself.
A plan of action. Clear goals. Discipline. Ex*****on.
That’s all it took.
The best thing for the people I work with now?
It’s even easier for them. No thinking, just a plan of action put in place for them. And someone to be accountable to other than themselves!
Need educating on healthier meals? And just want to be told exactly what to eat for results? You’re sorted.
Bespoke Training plans so you’re not just aimlessly strolling round the gym floor looking for an exercise that you actually know of!
Or structure for your 5k/10k/half/marathon.
Someone you can talk to and gain advice and direction from whenever you need it!
So with that being said,
Spaces are opening back up for my training very SOON. 🕰️
I don’t need to stress to you that this time of year coming up is the busiest when it comes to health and fitness.
So goes without saying these spaces will be limited.
