A bit about me.....my name is Stephen and I have been practising Tai Chi for over 35 years under Master John Ding. I am experienced in pushing hands, sword form and broadsword. Tai Chi is a very good discipline for improving balance and flexibility.

Tai Chi lessons available for all levels Thursday 7:00pm - 8:45pm at Harold Wood Memorial Hall on Gubbins Lane.
£13 per session or
£40 for 4 sessions (non- transferable).

Come along on Thursday evenings..7pm to 9pm...all levels welcome especially beginners.
Cost is £13 per week or £40 for block of 4 weeks.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of martial art which has at its core a series of movements which build up to make the 'form'. It is about balancing softness and hardness, everything in Tai Chi is done to achieve balance between body and mind
