R.A.D Acid Athletics lands at Park Side again on May 29th.
10 shuttle runs
50 wall balls

50/40 cal ski
Weβll be running it across all CrossFit classes that day, with scores logged in-gym to see who takes top spots and who earns MVP status.
The top male and female scores, along with an MVP will also win a pair of RADs ππ

Huge thanks to everyone who came down yesterday for our annual Spring Fling event! πΈπ
Great day of workouts, PBs, teamwork and plenty of people pushing their partners through some tough moments.
Big thank you as well to all the judges, supporters and coach who helped the day run smoothly, plus our partners for keeping everyone fuelled with drinks and snacks throughout the event. π¬
