How Ellie went from chronic back pain to pain free in under 90 days!

When Ellie came to us, she had been suffering with lower back pain for a while.

It was impacting her hockey game, and she was scared to load her body for fear of making it worse.

It was painful, and it wasn’t going away.

She was frustrated, and tired of not being able to train how she wanted to.
