I help professional women and mums lose 5-10kg, get fit, healthy and confident

07/06/2026

On average, my clients have waited 10 years before asking for help.

10 years.

10 years of Slimming World.

Weight Watchers.

Cambridge Weight Plan.

Keto.

Atkins.

Intermittent fasting.

Cutting carbs.

Starting on Monday.

Stopping by Friday.

10 years of feeling like they’ve failed.

10 years of promising themselves that this summer would be different.

10 years of putting everyone else first.

And honestly?

That makes me sad.

Because imagine where they’d be now if they’d asked for help 10 years ago.

How much stronger would they be?

How much healthier would they be?

How much more confident would they feel?

One of the things I hear most often is:

“I wish I’d done this sooner.”

“I wish I’d found you sooner.”

And I wish they had too.

Because the saddest part isn’t the weight they’ve carried.

It’s the years they’ve spent thinking they had to do it alone.

If you’ve been trying to figure this out by yourself for years…

How many more years are you willing to give it?

“You promised yourself this wouldn’t happen again.”

That’s the emotional punch in your reel.

I’d go more like this:

:::writing{variant=“social_post” id=“58394”}
This problem has been going on for longer than you’d like to admit.

Every summer you tell yourself it’ll be different.

You’ll feel more confident.

You’ll feel comfortable in your clothes.

You’ll stop avoiding photos.

You’ll stop worrying about holidays, BBQs and social occasions.

You’ll finally put yourself higher up your own priority list.

And yet here we are again.

Not because you don’t know what to do.

Most women know they should probably eat more protein, move more and stop picking at the children’s leftovers.

The problem isn’t knowledge.

The problem is that every time life gets busy, you break the promises you made to yourself.

Work gets busy.

The children need something.

The house needs sorting.

And your goals get pushed to the bottom of the pile.

Again.

I’m looking for 5 women who are ready to stop doing that.

5 women who are ready to follow through on the promises they’ve been making themselves for years.

Not for a quick fix.

Not for another “Monday start”.

But to finally create the routines, habits and structure that make fat loss work long term.

If that’s you, message me PROMISE

These are probably the 5 questions I’m asked most often as a fat loss coach.

Most women feel surprised by the answers.

Because fat loss isn’t about eating perfectly.

It’s not about giving up alcohol forever.

It’s not about living on salads.

And it’s definitely not about having a perfect routine.

The women who get the best results are normally the women who find a way to make it work around their life.

Busy job?

We’ll work around it.

Shift work?

We’ll work around it.

Fussy eater?

We’ll work around it.

Love a glass of wine?

We’ll work around it.

The goal isn’t to create the perfect plan.

The goal is to create a plan you can actually stick to.

If you’ve got a question I haven’t answered, drop it below and I’ll answer it.

Or if you’re tired of trying to work it all out yourself, message me READY.

Hear me out…

At some point, fat loss stops being about motivation and starts being about refusing to be knocked off course every five minutes.

Someone offers you a drink in the pub.

“No thanks.”

Go on, just have one.

“No thanks.”

Don’t be boring.

“No thanks.”

Your friends order dessert.

You don’t really want one.

You stick to your decision.

You planned your meals for the day.

You eat them.

Not because they’re exciting.

Because they’re part of the plan.

You eat similar breakfasts on repeat.

You hit your protein.

You go for the walk even when you can’t be bothered.

You train even when it’s raining.

You go on holiday.

You enjoy yourself.

Then you come home and get straight back into your routine.

The scales don’t move for a week.

You carry on.

You have an off-plan meal.

You carry on.

You miss a workout.

You carry on.

Because the women who get the best results aren’t normally the women with the most motivation.

They’re the women who stop negotiating with themselves every time things get a little bit difficult.

A little bit pig-headed.

A little bit relentless.

And very clear on where they’re going

My job as a coach is to see your potential, even when you can’t see it yourself.

To see what you’re capable of when all you can see is another failed attempt.

To remind you that where you are now isn’t where you have to stay.

This client is a perfect example.

She tried everything.

And I mean everything.

Slimming World.
Weight Watchers.
Cutting carbs.
Shakes.
Low-fat everything.
Starting on Monday.
Stopping by Friday.

It’s exhausting to read.

Every plan worked for a week or two and then it flopped.

And just when she thought maybe this was as good as it was going to get, she reached out.

I’m glad she did.

Because this result didn’t come from starving.
It didn’t come from cutting out carbs.
And it didn’t come from injecting anything.

She still eats properly.
She still has social occasions.
She still goes on holiday.
She still runs a busy working life and a family.

What changed?

Education.
Structure.
Strength training.
Consistency.

And having someone in her corner who never stopped believing she was capable of more.

Fast forward to now…

She’s stepped on stage for a photoshoot and achieved something she once thought was for other people.

Fat loss isn’t about finding the next thing that looks easy.

It’s about committing to something that actually works.

If you’re done trying everything, message me COACHING.

47 days from now it’ll be the school summer holidays.

And if you’re anything like me, life is about to get a whole lot busier.

Days out.
Children at home.
Holidays.
Less routine.
More temptation.
Less time for yourself.

Which is exactly why now is the time to start.

Not in September.
Not after the holidays.
Not when life calms down.

Now.

Because 47 days is enough time to lose body fat.

It’s enough time to build routines.

It’s enough time to create habits that will help you navigate the summer holidays without completely losing yourself in the process.

I’m Kimberly, a fat loss coach for women 35+ and a mum of three myself.

I know exactly how chaotic school holidays can be.

That’s why I’m looking for 3 women who are ready to get started now.

Let’s make some serious progress before the holidays arrive and put a plan in place that carries you through them.

If you’ve been thinking about coaching for a while, this is your sign.

Message me READY.

Something I do that 99% of online coaches don’t…

And this isn’t bashing other coaches, I’ve got absolutely no issue with how anyone else chooses to coach.

This is simply how I do it.

Every week, I speak to my clients

An actual conversation.

Not because they don’t know what to eat.

Not because they need another meal plan.

But because real life happens.

Work gets stressful.
Children get ill.
Motivation disappears.
The scales don’t move.

And that’s normally the point where people start to doubt themselves.

The weekly call gives us the opportunity to solve problems before they become reasons to quit.

The food plan matters.

The training plan matters.

But after coaching women for years, I’ve learnt that support, accountability and genuine conversation are often the difference between someone getting results and someone giving up.

That’s why weekly calls will always be part of my coaching.

When my client came to me, she had every excuse not to do this.

Busy home life…
but did it anyway.

Busy work life…
but did it anyway.

Young children…
but did it anyway.

Low gym confidence…
but did it anyway.

Didn’t love exercising…
but did it anyway.

Tired…
but did it anyway.

Didn’t have loads of spare time…
but did it anyway.

And that’s the thing.

Most women are waiting for the perfect time.

For life to calm down.
For motivation to arrive.
For things to feel easier.

But the women who get the results are normally the women who keep moving forward anyway.

Not perfectly.

Not every day.

Just consistently enough.

And eventually…

the results speak for themselves.

If you’re ready to stop waiting and start making progress, message me READY.
