Claire is a qualified (BAEd Hons) PE Teacher and has been Head of Girls PE in numerous schools over her 25 year career. As well as personally playing netball, Claire has coached many school teams to high successes.

“What I love about Friday night Minis is that come rain or shine the teams run onto the courts with sheer excitement to be playing Netball with their friends.
To me though, as a coach/umpire most importantly it’s the overall improvement in their knowledge and skills that makes it worthwhile!"

Next up, Zoë! Zoë is a fantastic young umpire and coach who puts 100% energy and enthusiasm into Minis. Despite still only being at school, Zoe already has heaps of experience and knowledge, coaching regularly at Spencer NC and Clapham NC. Our Minis are very lucky to have her 😊🤙

“I love how much energy the girls bring to the courts, they run on and are ready to learn, it’s great to see them doing their own rotations too!”

Next up, our lead umpire-coach on court 1 - Vanya!

Vanya is a Level 1 coach, WTC umpire, player at Bank of England Netball club and you will also sometimes find her teaching P.E. at a local primary school.

"I love seeing how happy and excited the teams are each week to be playing netball together with their friends. But the best bit is seeing the improvement they make each week, the difference between the beginning of the season and the end is incredible."

First up, our Wandsworth League Manager - Chris! Chris ensures the smooth running of the Wandsworth league on a Friday and is a level 2 Coach, C award umpire & Teacher at a local Primary School.

We loved seeing our Minis playing their first fixtures last Friday 🙌 29 teams of children learning the importance of fair play, team work and FUN in sport ❤ We can't wait to get back to the courts this week for round 2 of fixtures 💪🤸‍♀️🏐
