Hello Everyone,

As you may have heard on your walks in Elthorne Park and Field I have begun doing my Body Blitz classes on Zoom.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 2pm.

The class is a whole body workout which can be adapted for your ability and can be fun for you alone in your front room or out in the garden with the kids! If you want to know more about the classes message me here on Facebook or through the contact on my page.

This week all the proceeds from the classes will be donated directly to the residents of Grenfell tower. Thank you to everyone who came this morning and were so generous! Everything the community can come together and do will make a huge difference to people just like us, even if you are not a regular and want to get involved in raising money please join me on Tuesday or Thursday this week, Cindy xx

Just got to recommend Cindy's Body Blitz classes at St John's Church, Mattock Lane on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. I've been going to the Tuesday Class and its great for those who hate all that twiddly dance stuff, which I find in most aerobic classes where I always find myself going in a completely different direction to everyone else :) Cindy's class is set to good music and can I say almost enjoyable 😂 Anyway check it out, the Thursday is higher impact with Saturday a combination of Tues/Thurs.
