Mini Athletics Chingford and Stratford Mini Athletics Chingford & Stratford - winning the gold medal for children’s sports classes 🥇 At Mini Athletics, we focus on having fun through physical play.

Developed by a primary PE teacher and an athletic development coach, Mini Athletics is the start of your child’s fantastic journey in sporting movement. Children are introduced to the basics of athletic movement skills (running, jumping and throwing) in a play-based yet structured format. Your child will be encouraged to develop athletic skills that are fundamental to their early physical development. It is a great opportunity to bond with your child through fun activities, whilst they also build cognitive and social skills.

This year we are raising money for Imagine This, a wonderful charity who do so much for the mental wellbeing of seriously ill children and their families.

Let’s get our onesies on and help support this amazing charity at our classes all across next week. See you there! 💙
