WHY HOBBIES MATTER 🧡
Somewhere along the way, we started trying to optimise everything.
Exercise became training.
Food became nutrition.
Sleep became data.
Even our downtime became something to measure.
But sometimes, doing something simply because you enjoy it is reason enough.
That’s one of the things we love about Ceroc. It’s movement, music, laughter, learning, friendship and a couple of hours where you don’t have to achieve anything other than having a good time.
Adult hobbies matter. Play matters. Community matters.
And sometimes, fun is actually the whole point.

Lots of great feedback in class on last week’s Ceroc Upminster intermediate routine - thank you all so much - it felt so good to dance it and I do love a crucifix - here is the demo clip for those who missed it. TONIGHT don’t miss out on our soul funk freestyle- come along and try out these moves with DJ Keith giving us his best funky tunes. I’ll be running a shorter than normal beginners class at 7.15pm - freestyle starts at 8pm. By day, Pam is a Senior Clinical Educator, teaching nurses and care staff in the private sector. With more than 40 years’ experience as a nurse, she still also works within the NHS.
