I'm running this 7 Day Free Challenge! Who's interested?
This 7-day challenge is more of a mental challenge than a physical one. The last 3 years have been difficult - obesity is on the rise, processed food is killing more people than ever and people are not sure how to tackle these things
We lack the willpower to stop eating hyper-palatable foods every day
This challenge is here to CRUSH all of that and allow you to be the controller of your life rather than letting life control you
During this challenge, you will want to CHEAT and COMPROMISE yourself
Your mind will tell you to quit - and that's fine; but just know that if you do quit, you are not letting me down...you are letting yourself down
So what's the crack? Well it is quite simple
For each day, you should undertake these activities:
1. No Alcohol
2. Train 1x per day
3. 10k Steps per day
4. 2-3L of water per day
5. 1 meal prep a day
6. Post a training selfie and a meal every day
