Prana Yoga is offering an ‘Introduction to Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) & Pranayama (breathing exercises)’ over a period of 8 weeks. The classes will be conducted over zoom every Friday 7-8am, starting from 12th May. Each class will include warm up & preparatory postures, main asanas along with breathing exercises and guided relaxation.

Meet the teacher!

PranaYoga classes are led by Geetha:

“I started my Yoga journey 20 years ago when I was determined to find ways to manage my Asthma. Ever since, I have been practising Hatha Yoga and Pranayama with several teachers across the UK and India. This, combined with my previous experience of teaching in a school, inspired me to train as a yoga teacher.

I enrolled with the teacher training course, which gave me the platform to raise awareness of not just the physical benefits but also the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga practice”
