With Jem being busy & travelling a lot for work..
It was important we focused on convenient, high protein meals to consistently hit his calories & really fuel his Progress

You can bulk WITHOUT getting out of shape!
Khalil isn’t only a client, but a friend who wanted to build his physique to the next level.
Gaining muscle without loosing control and putting on unnecessary body fat is something he’d struglgled with in the past.
This is only the 1st checkpoint of his gaining phase and his managed to put a significant amount of lean mass.
The key to this Progress?
Setting & adapting a meal structure & calories he can stick to.
Following Unstoppable program his gone from just ‘going gym’..
