We invite you to take part in a 2-part online session hosted by Tom Helleman,

UCI Level 3 Cycling coach and Former sports scientist at Team Bahrain Victorious.

A two-part online session by Tom Helleman:

P1 at 9pm on 9th of June

P2 at 9pm on 16th of June



1st part will be dedicated to riders interested in building up their fitness from zero, to be able to comfortably take part in longer rides, sportive and occasional races.



2nd part will address riders able to comfortably do longer rides and sportive, and wishing to maintain and build up their fitness, improve their speed and riding skills and do even longer and more advanced rides.



Tune in on 2nd and 9th of June at 9pm and hear what Tom has to share. Questions are welcomed in advance and during the session.

You can submit them in the comments session on Youtube and in the live chat during the session.

A brilliant ride out to Kent today, wonderfully crafted and led by Frances who kindly took us out on her local trails.
For those unfamiliar, Kent boasts some audacious gradients and does them plenty.
A great turnout, with 13 of us heading out in 2 groups - which became 4 when the hills took their toll!

Chilly & Frosty group ride out in Herts on Saturday morning! Lots of mud and a good old puncture on the way too.
