Last Night Spar Wars!

14/10/2026

Ahmed wanted to step it up and challenge himself by taking on a higher-grade student, Bryan, in a body-only boxing spar! 🥊💪 A very brave kid showing confidence and the willingness to push himself out of his comfort zone. All controlled sparring, with respect and learning at the heart of it! 👏🔥P.S. minus the unallowed kick! 🚫
