Since having my baby, class has become sooo much more than just class to me.

- It’s an hour where I get to work on myself and feel like the pre-baby Clio. Which is rare now!
- It gets me motivated to eat better/move more for the week.
- Watching other mums show up for themselves WITH their babies motivates & inspires me massively!
- I can Socialise with other likeminded mums.
- It’s time where I can bond with my bubba in a fresh setting. Cassius loves me jumping around like a loonie 🥰
- Most of all, it makes me feel good! I smile, and the endorphin release makes me feel like a superwoman 💪🏽😝

Hey! I’m Clio. 👋
I’m a dance teacher and personal trainer & most recently a mum!

A few things about me:

- I just had a little boy who has lit up my world & now we will be teaching class together! 💃🏽👯‍♀️

- My first car was a Clio! 🚙 And my mum used to work at Renault! (I wasn’t named after the car).

- I can speak very basic Hebrew.

- and I basically survive on coffee and grapes. 🍇 ☕️

I come alive when I dance and feel like my best self when I’m working out so wanted to combine the two for the ultimate feel-good workout!

I can’t wait to get back in the studio and start my new fitness journey as a mum.

Hey Mumma’s! My maternity has come to an end so I’m super excited to say that we are getting back in the studio on the 5th November for our winter term! 🥳

Join me and my bubba every Tuesday to have a good dance & get them endorphins flowing! All abilities are welcome.
