HYROX SUNDAYS ARE IT☝🏼

Coming up to a month of being a hyrox affiliated gym & boy have we already been putting in some serious graft😮‍💨

Our hyrox sessions not only aim to push your limits but provide you with a training space where you are surrounded by other hard working athletes 🤝🏽 As a community we support and encourage each other to do the hard things💪🏽

As we head into next week, we progress into our next block of Hyrox programming… we can’t promise it’ll be any easier but we can promise it’ll be a whole lot of fun😎
