My name is Eugenia and I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates (Reformer) Teacher. I work with people of all genders and ages helping them to get fit and healthy.

I offer group and 1:1 sessions in South Kensington, Richmond and Egham and doing home visits in London as well as offering online coaching. I have scheduled group classes available and provide an opportunity for private training. You can book a class with your bestie or a family member so you can work in a comfortable environment and get maximum attention and result.

Motivation Monday! Meet Sarah who has been my client for almost two years now. She’s a mum of three and her oldest daughter is a University Student! Seeing an example of their mother her kids started being interested in fitness as well and her daughter became a regular gym goer too!
Sarah is an owner of a successful French Croissant shop chain business in Paris and London and even though she has a temptation for treats every day (trust me their croissants are fantastic!!!) she’s an example of truly hard work, dedication and making smart lifestyle choices! She’s not dieting and we make her training regimen very comfortable for her, where everything is in a healthy balanced harmony. She works with really impressive weights in many exercises (for example 135kg in hip thrusts!) and has at least 3 sessions a week! She’s progressing in weights and number of reps on every single session and apart from being ambitious and determined person she’s a very humble and kind human being!

Hi! I'm Eugenia, a certified internationaly recognized personal trainer, holding EQF level 4 qualification in PT. If you're waiting for a sign to start your fitness journey - this is the right one! I work with all ages and genders and hold a DBS check and Safeguarding certificate for work with children.

My favourite back exercises 😍
Back is something that grows very slowly for me... And it took a lot of efforts to actually transform it as I started with being just super thin with no muscles at all. But working to a real failure with heavy weights started giving progress.
I'd like to share the MOST POWERFUL exercises that helped me personally and that I find to be useful in general.
So my basis are the seated vertical pulldowns - both with wide and narrow grip. These were always the most effective for me and all of my cluents. Another very powerful exercises that I'm in love with is the T-bar row! I do it in a very heavy mode 6/8(8/10). On high rep days I replace the last one with the seated machine rows or as an alternative the bent over barbell or dumbbells rows. That's pretty much it!
Another one killing exercise is the pull-ups. I personally was able to get enough of growth from the above, but if you want to get a bigger hypertrophy pull-ups with the extra weight can make wonders!
