When you measure your client’s progress against your level of mastery or transformation, you disconnect from what THEY need to actually experience FIRST… to believe the big transformation is possible for them.
And this is what keeps high integrity, high achieving perfectionist business owners (with high standards) from seeing what truly makes your offer sell.
This has been coming up a lot in recent client deep dives.
It reminded me of when I first started coaching - I’d beat myself up whenever a client struggled. I thought I was doing something wrong.
Then one day, during a small group session - a client said (about another’s share) “It’s such a relief to hear you struggle too - I thought I was just crazy.”
In that moment it clicked that this journey wasn’t about me. It was about THEM.
Their process.
Their pace.
Their layers of change.
When we blur the lines between our results and our client’s, we stop meeting them where they are - and forget how many micro-shifts they may need to get there.
This creates a MAJOR BLIND SPOT in how we design, package, message and sell our offers.
Let this land.

📖 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 💎 has been a work of labour of love over the last 24 months.
There’s no rulebook for this, and my book coach has reminded me—it’s time. So, I’m simply going to do it, with love.
How do you take something that’s been living deep in your heart and release it into the world?
I’m looking and re-looking at the cover, and pages of the formatted manuscript.
Still not quite believing it.
It takes a village…

💘 To my husband for his endless patience and gifting me precious hours every weekend for the last two years to write.
👥 To my (life 😂) business partner .mumpreneur for her unwavering belief and support, and grace while my creative energy flowed into this project.
The writing process has taken me within to places I didn’t even know existed. It’s been a journey of releasing old identities (and riding the grief associated)—my corporate self, the childhood trauma ‘hero,’ the relentless achiever.
The ‘hero’ died somewhere during this writing journey, and something more raw, more real took its place.
When we finally honor that our inner ‘hero’ simply needed to be heard, we can release the ego, and focus on what truly matters—the real essence of ‘truth’ that deserves to be shared with the world.
In my case, this truth, was the ‘real’ book.
This was my experience writing of this, and thanks to the beautiful guidance of Isse.
During which our core methodology in Ignite Your Offer™️ blossomed also into its most authentic form.
My invitation to you, is in recognising that this journey of building the heart-centred purpose-driven business has always been an emotional one.
With all the toolsets, know-how, strategy, business experience in the world— none of that matters if we ignore the emotional, inner journey.
The writing of this book has been a massive coming home to me. And I sincerely hope for its future readers, it brings also a coming home to yourself too.
I cannot wait to be sharing more.

Omg!! We made the front page of the London Daily News - Entrepreneurship!😱
2 years ago, we made the decision that changed our business and lifestyle forever.
Having just had my daughter 4 months before, I realised that moment I didn’t want to work more than 15-16 hours.
I wanted time to enjoy her and balance living without worrying about money.
(An idea I never would have entertained during my corporate days).
But was it possible? Well we made it our mission to make it happen.
And it did. A year later with a second baby in tow (.mumpreneur)
Today we are helping more business owners flip their business models on their head.
An approach, we call diamond first 💎.
Working backwards from who they truly are, discovering their inner diamond (unique essence), and the lifestyle they truly want.
And re-engineering their strategy forward from there.

Not many people want to admit it. But building a business after leaving corporate is bloody hard.
While holding on tight to the status and respect (previous definition of success) that they had back in the corporate world.
In many ways, I realised this journey in business, for me, has all boiled down to figuring out my voice who I am. What business should I even be running.
And gaining the full confidence and belief to embody that.
I don’t talk about the start of this journey, a huge amount.
If anything, because that was the period that I had the most wobbles.

Yesterday I lied.
Because I didn’t get brutally honest about the real reasons offers don’t sell.
I felt giddy with excitement because we were literally going to give it all. And we did, the entire process, including the whole kitchen sink
!!
But here was the problem…
I didn’t talk about the deeper, shadow reasons why people don’t get their offers flying.
😡 It’s the feeling stuck in their head, getting to a point they are so frustrated and angry at themselves because they should be able to figure this out.
And so they try again. And again and again.
🌲It’s the not being able to see wood from trees and actually hear what clients are telling them, because they are too close, too passionate about what they do.
☠️ It’s the getting lost in the process, feeling knocked down when they get ghosted , or feel completely wiped their efforts aren’t getting traction, dealing with the emotion drain when you need to do what you need to do.
🫶And it’s the “I cannot afford for this anymore to fail” because I’m a single parent/have a family to support, and the part time role I’m doing to put food on the table is sucking away my soul.
And I recognize Every. Single. One. Of these… Intimately.
because I have felt these too.
The work we do goes deep.
But it’s the relentless support every single client we work with feels from us.
Because each offer ignition 🔥is representing an ignition of our own dream.
The emotional. The doubts. The full on breakdowns.
Bring them back to focus when they start slipping and going wide again. Providing perspective. Challenging.
If we take them as clients, we’re invested into their full business…. heart and soul.
The journey to ignite your offer is full of ups and downs.
I felt a bit of that down myself yesterday. 🥲
Luckily I had this one to cheer me up with a cuddle after baby school (daycare).
⏩️ We’ve had amazing feedback though with people telling me they took away so much insight, they need to digest by relistening a few times 🤯🤣
Maybe I’ll look at breaking this one down into chunks.😂
In the meantime, I can promise you our next workshop, is going to be more real.
It’s for those that really want their offer to work.

Quitting is an act of love. A long shot. A shortcut. A leap of imagination. And a potential disaster.

These are the words of Julia Keller in her book - Quitting: A life strategy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And words that speak straight into the bulls-eye heart of Angela in 2018.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This was me (swipe) at the very last corporate event I attended that year - a summit during a 5-month senior leadership development programme that I had the privilege to be part of..
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Before I gave it all up to pursue the unknown of business.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are all the reasons not to quit, and keep going with what you are doing:
🔸 You might fail - Someone literally said this to me when I first started my business.🤦🏻♀️
🔸 You’re going to have to put yourself out there, which is scary. I didn’t post a single thing on LinkedIn for 2 years in my business.
🔸 You lose the stability of what you have right now - I didn’t make the jump until I was literally pushed off (new job fell through due to a visa mess-up).
🔸 You may have to give up some things you are doing right now that you enjoy - temporarily, so that you can get back time to focus.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are all the reasons to go for the real dream:
👉 You make the step beyond current prestige and accomplishments towards full self actualisation and fulfilling your potential.
👉 You are saying YES to a future you, future impact, and future way of life.
👉 You will create the time and space to do and have all the things that you had temporarily given up.
👉 The fear of rejection will no longer limit you, making you bolder in asking for and going for things.

And the biggest one:
👉 You might actually just succeed.💫

It is a gesture of generosity towards yourself and the future.

And definitely the words I would go back and say again to the Angela in 2018.
