Before and after personal training for Santa!

A few months ago Santa came to us for a bit of S&C training. We did a great job for him.

“I worked hard to get in shape for the holiday season and it paid off. Thanks to Lyceum Fit for pushing me to be my best self.”

Get in contact if you want to know Santa’s secrets? 💪🎅🏼👍

Lyceum Fit is all about building mental strength as well as physical strength. What better way of doing this than endurance running?

I feel that mental strength is built through achieving something you thought hasn’t achievable. Then once you achieve it your perception of what is achievable expands as does your mental strength.

Life is just one big endurance event and you just keep going through the high and the lows. Cherish each high and learn from each lows but leave those lows behind.

As promised I carried the Lyceum Fit flag all round the UTMB (170km, 10,000m altitude gain) but forgot about it coming over the finish line. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Maybe it was because I had zero sleep over the last two nights! 🤷🏼‍♂️😴

So I had to come back to the finish line with flag. But also I just love watching the final runners come in. I probably enjoying it more than myself come in.

Bring on the next challenge in life. 😃⛰🤷🏼‍♂️👍
