I’m obviously ruling out pathological cases that have nothing to do with movement.
Some situations are beyond what movement alone can solve.

But for most people, movement remains the most powerful tool for healing, prevention, and longevity.

Knowledge is power — but when it’s applied through practice and self-exploration, it becomes even more powerful.

I hope this serves as a reflection and an encouragement to move and explore your own body more,
not as an attack.

The human body is the most extraordinary tool we’ll ever own. It can balance, bend, flow, create, and adapt beyond what we can imagine. The only true limits are the ones we place in our own minds. Once you free your thoughts, your body will follow. There are no limits… only possibilities.

The first time I saw this exercise, I honestly thought it was impossible for me; something only kids could do. But I kept going, without focusing on the end result.

It’s true that some movements may not be achievable for everyone due to many factors, but there’s one thing that nobody can take away from you: CONSISTENCY.
