The British Karate Guild held an officials course today in preparation for the 4th BKG Open Knockdown Championship at Crystal Palace on 30th May. Thanks to Shihan Graham Warden for leading the successful day and also thanks to Sensei Resh Rtk and Docklands Kyokushinkai for being such great hosts 🙏

Well done to everyone who attended today’s National Knockdown Session, instructed by Shihan Jeff Whybrow, you all trained with true Kyokushin spirit.

We focused on footwork, creating space, and staying in the moment.

Now all attention turns to BKG Open 4!

Junior Kyokushin Rules - 12-13yrs Girls: -40, -46, -52, 52-60.

Junior Kyokushin Rules - 14-15yrs Boys: -50, -57, -65, -75 , 75-85.

Junior Kyokushin Rules - 14-15yrs Girls: -48, -55, -62 , 62-72.
