As Covid restrictions strike again (and my birthday celebrations are ruined, not bitter at all 😂), I wanted to cheer at least some people up, so my HoopJ Zoom Fitness sessions are completely free for the month of November. It is going to be so important to keep moving and exercise to support our physical and mental health during these times. You can join as many or as few sessions as you like. Friends & family welcome.
Of course it being my birthday month I will be taking a few days off. I will let you know which ones a week in advance
The sessions run at 7.10am every week day on zoom, finished by 8am. Saturdays start at 10.30am.
Itinerary and equipment needed:
Mon - HIIT (bodyweight only)
Tues - Resistance Bands workout
Weds - HIIT (bodyweight only)
Thurs - leg day (kettle or dumbbells)
Fri - Arms (Resistance Bands, DB's or KB's)
Sat - HIIT (bodyweight only)
