Hands up who’s ready for a new week?🫶🏼💫

Today, I had planned a ‘rest’ day at home & a beautiful big lie in but woke up feeling like I fancied training a little. Not really for any other reason apart from it makes me feel bloody great😎

A reminder that we no matter how super busy we all are; Perhaps running around after kids, a chaotic work life, meetings etc, we should ALWAYS keep a little time in our week for ourselves😌😘

The feeling of fulfilment must first be practiced INTERNALLY 🫵🏼🤍

The 🔑 to my personal weekly fitness motivation?

V A R I E T Y.
(It’s the spice of life…😏🌶)

Obvs if you find your ride or die thing, do that ’til your hearts content but your workout routine shouldn’t be something monotonous you force yourself to do once a week because you feel you have to. 😩😰✋🏼 Why not challenge your body in different ways to keep things funky fresh?🕺🏼

Perhaps focus on strength training one day and enjoy improving your downward dog in a Yoga class on another? 🧘🏼‍♀️Dive into a sweaty Jump class on a Monday but then fire up those abs to target your core stability in a class on a Tuesday?🤷🏼‍♀️

I like to keep the mind and body guessing by training in a variety of different ways. This is why I personally, could never teach just one style class!😅

Barre, Weight training, Jump, Dancing, Running, Kick boxing, Reformer Pilates…. Get out there and get vulnerable. 🤜🏼

You are *worthy* of giving yourself these opportunities. 😌

There are so many amazing classes out there, no excuses for your workout routine to be BORING!😏 You may even end up suprising yourself by finding a new skill😉 💘🏋🏼‍♀️🚲🏊🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️👟💃🏽

NEXT STOP➡️ LDN BABYY🇬🇧

Boyyy, I’m excited to get back to the london lifeee!✈️

I’ve missed you all and my teaching SO much🤩 Being away has really just confirmed how much I BLOODY LOVE MY JOB👟

Just under a month of no working out has meant my body has had a much needed rest (as well as catching a chest infection & kidney infection 🙃😏) and I’m ready with new playlists and a fresh start🤍

I’ll definitely miss the beautiful sunshine and daily adventures but I’ll not be missing the power cuts, delayed transport & daily bug checks👀🤣

Catch me first at Friday 10.45am & 11.45am & Saturday 10.30am BARRE🩰🔥

(Then Easter babyyy😋🍫🐣)
