Another hard day’s work. Doing some stone loads with a 50kg sandbag. Looking into making some concrete moulds so we can load them a bit heavier.

Shadow boxing is a great way to warm up. Not only does it get the heart rate up but it gets your muscles used to firing in the correct way to throw punches and move.

The faces of despair 😂. But for real, it’s now been exactly one year since the moment we were told that our gym would be closing cause of the ‘vid. Even the most pessimistic of us thought there was no way the season wouldn’t be back up and running by Christmas last year. We were wrong. And now, even though gyms will be opening soon there’s still no idea when these boys (and girls) will get to fight again.
