I have been teaching yoga in SW13/14 for over six years and have loved every moment, but there have been tough times too, particularly since the Pandemic hit us all so hard last year.

It was the Pandemic that pushed me to plan for my future career and take on further study and now that study is taking much of my time.

For that reason, I have decided to take a break from teaching yoga for a while. I am unable to give you dedicated students the energy and creativity you deserve right now and I need to give some attention to my own practice, which has been suffering.

It's the last week of July and I'm shortly heading off to the countryside for nearly all of August so it is also the last week of classes this summer.

Happy Friday yogi. For some of us, the summer holidays have arrived, for some they are looming! It is only three weeks until my family, including the dog...... and the cat, decamps to beautiful (but wet?) Wales for a month. I have to admit I am feeling a little nervous to be leaving the known for the unknown!

What this means for you is that the last yoga class for a while will be on 29 July. (I am sorry not to be around for Saturday 31 July but I've been out voted by my husband, kids, the dog..... and the cat!).
