From being a person who chose not to read, to now reading every night, has had a positive impact on my self-discipline & consistency providing motivation.
By changing your routine just a little to where you can read a book before bed or in the morning, takes your mind off social media and promotes a better sleeping pattern.
Try it ! Make it relevant to what you enjoy. Trust me I never thought I would be either 📚

If your putting effort in the gym don’t forget to put the effort in the kitchen , with a balanced diet making up about 70% of your health and fitness with only 30% being actually exercise.
Food doesn’t have to be plain nor does it have to be a long process. By changing meals up and meal prepping it eliminates having the same boring meal and promotes healthy eating 🍱

Who doesn’t like a bicep workout?
For anyone wanting to grow their biceps let do it the right way by hitting all 3 areas of the bicep.
1- The wide grip curl hitting the short head of the bicep
2- Normal bicep curls hitting the Long head
3 - Reverse curls hitting the Brachialis which not only improved forearm and grip strength but also makes the bicep look wider and thicker
