There are lots of fancy pilates studios popping up!

But let’s not forget the instructors teaching in church and community halls.

Often lugging equipment around with them (I’m lucky to avoid this)

The brave ones going out alone…

Who have faith in their practice and skills…

Who will pour every ounce of effort into producing top notch classes to attract and keep their clients!

Serving the community on their own!

I’ve nearly 30 years teaching exercise & movement from both sides! To the ones doing it alone, I see you!

Keep going and keep being authentic.

It’s not easy but it’s worth it! 💗💙💚

I absolutely LOVE teaching FitClub, our original class that started nearly 12 years ago! 💪🏼

And don’t worry… the whole class isn’t like this! I just turned the tables on them and asked everyone to encourage each other and this is what happened!

It’s so much more than a workout. It’s a fun, lively and incredibly welcoming group of ladies who support, motivate and have a good laugh together.

I’m SO excited to announce that our very first FLOW & FLOURISH: The Morning Reset has officially SOLD OUT during priority booking this morning!

That means 16 lucky ladies and gentlemen will be joining me on Saturday 21st November, 9am–12pm, for a morning dedicated to moving, breathing, resetting and feeling amazing.

The Morning Reset is a brand-new addition to our Flow & Flourish events, bringing together movement, Pilates, strength, meditation, relaxation, nourishing food and plenty of time to connect. 3 precious hours to press pause, step away from the busyness of everyday life and do something wonderful for YOU.

8am Pilates crew I’m ready for you! 💪🏻 For the next few weeks we will be working with small/medium hand weights. I will be using 3kgs and the overball (my favourite pilates prop)

I have a very quiet house this morning with only one child left, all a bit odd and a very small FoodShop has been delivered. Time to get used to my new normal!
I know both boys are very happy and that’s all that really matters!

What a fantastic first week back!

It makes me so happy to see all our classes so busy and filled with motivation, focus and effort. It’s been wonderful to welcome everyone back and see you all putting in the work!

It’s also been lovely seeing my private clients again. I’m running a slightly reduced Reformer timetable this term due to other commitments, so to those waiting to start back or currently on our waitlist, thank you so much for your patience. I’ll be in touch as soon as I have availability for you.

I’m also very busy studying for not one, but TWO new courses! 📚✨

Continued personal development is incredibly important to me not only for my own active brain, but because I’m always looking for new ways to support and add value to you all. I know that, once certified, these new qualifications are going to bring a HUGE benefit to our community… especially those joining me on our 2027 Retreats! 👀

I can’t tell you too much yet because I want to surprise you all! 🤫

For now, my weekend starts here, and I’m excited to spend it filling my cup with movement, good food, and precious time with friends and family.
