9 years ago today at exactly 21:33 I was giving birth to my second baby monster! 😂♥️ the second most painful day of my life became also one of the happiest too!! Haha!

Maya is the most strong minded child I have ever seen 😂 She is loving, such a decisive small person, organised, quite moody at times but yet the most cuddly and sweet child ever ♥️ I love her too much! Haha! ♥️♥️🥳🥳

This is the result of my 5/6 weeks Christmas challenge that I ran last month and my lovely Clare has won it!!!! 🥳🥳♥️

This is just so amazing!!! Well done, Clare ♥️

I hope this motivates everyone to start the new year on the right foot and aim for a better, healthier life style as well a consistent workout routine!!! 💪🏼♥️

Remember people.. those mirrors around the gym were placed there so you can check your posture while exercising and not only for selfies!! 🤣🤣😆

So today I ran two surprise competitions at the end of both my classes… 🥳😂 and after they had the best boxing class and upper body blast I made them hold a plank at the end of it and whoever held the longest won it and my gosh…… the winners were:

Krystal who won with a unbelievable 5’41’’ yes you read that right!!!!! Over 5 mins!! 😨😂💪🏼

Then I had Krystel who held it for 4’14’’ at the end of a super intense upper body session!!!

And to add to it both these ladies did both my classes today!!! They did so well and I was so happy they won it ❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳🥳 once again WELL DONE and Merry Christmas 🎅🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️
