Rome photo dump šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹ A whole trip of history lessons and I loved every second. Except the 700 other humans trying to get the same photo as me. Very inconsiderate of them to also be on holiday.

Heart very full after last night ā¤ļø

Dora Celeste, Kate - thank you for being so open and sharing the stuff no one trains you for. Couldā€™ve chatted to you girls all night.

Thank you Technogym for bringing What The Heff?! to life, and everyone who came along. Means so much šŸ„¹

Now I canā€™t wait to give my first RUN X 5km a goā€¦ šŸ‘€

Some of these might go against what youā€™ve been told about trainingā€¦ but after 10+ years coaching, there are a few things Iā€™ll die on a hill for.

Agree or disagree? šŸ‘‡

I wasnā€™t sure whether to post this because of the shame Iā€™ve carried for years. But that was never mine to carry.

Running has given me so much more than a finish line. People, confidence and a little bit of headspace ā¤ļø

Tomorrow Iā€™m bringing What The Heff?! to Technogym Run X with three amazing women - Dora Atim, Kate Davey and Celeste Gardner to chat running and ā€œthe stuff no one trains you forā€.

Whatā€™s your pre-game? šŸ‘€

For me itā€™s fuelled, comfy, headphones in and a little bit of quiet before the chaos.

Getting my mind ready for whatever Iā€™m asking my body to do next šŸ§

Nike Mind + Nike 24.7. Pre-game ready.

The last month or so Iā€™ve thrown myself into EVERYTHING šŸ˜‚

After HYROX Worlds, triathlon became the main focusā€¦ but apparently I still canā€™t say no to a HYROX.

I love travelling. I love competing. I love being able to step into different arenas and just give it a bloody good go.

Today was HARD. And no, you donā€™t always need to PB for it to be worth it.

I donā€™t think constantly competing is necessarily the smartest thing šŸ˜‚ but right now, Iā€™m having a lot of fun saying yes to life.

Very lucky Iā€™m able to do all of it. There is not I day goes by that I take that for granted.

We go again tomorrow. Womenā€™s Pro, 13:10 CESTšŸ‡®šŸ‡¹

Havenā€™t touched a wall ball in months, but I HAVE done a hell of a lot of Zone 2 cardio training for a triathlonā€¦ so letā€™s see what happens šŸ˜‚

No expectations. Just vibes.

And really, Iā€™m only here for the tiramisu. šŸ¤Œ
