What a weekend
The Dopamine Games 2026 Berlin was absolutely unreal!
Competed alongside my bro took the W but honestly the community made it. The people and the vibes there were something else. Can’t wait to do it all again next year

Most men I work with want to get “shredded”… but they want more than just that
They want to feel confident and in control
They want more energy when they wake up, more confidence when they walk into a room, they want that t-shirt to sit well and to stop feeling guilty about the fact they’ve been saying they’ll get back into shape for the last few years
They want to be stronger, fitter and proud of what they see in the mirror
but they also want to feel good day to day in the process
The thing is, the solution is usually much simpler than they think
… and it’s way less intense that what many think
A few workouts each week. A bit more movement. Better food choices most of the time
Nothing too fancy
Just enough consistency to get good results and still live the life you want

“I was put in a team with these super nice girls when I joined. We still speak to this day.
I was quite intimidated when I came to my first session, but I’m so glad I did.”
I spoke to one of my gym friends who finally decided to come to a Gymshark Conditioning Club.
These high-intensity workouts aren’t normally something she’d get involved in. She got a ticket a few times, but got cold feet because she didn’t know anyone there.
Now she loves it and has made new friends simply by stepping out of her comfort zone.

PACE is special
A week built around both mental and physical wellbeing. Strength sessions, bike rides, yoga, recovery, workshops and a lot of good connections with like-minded people

This year I also had the chance to teach a daily Primal Flow class. Moving the body the way it’s designed to move… challenging, very playful and something completely different to what most people are used to
I also had the privilege of supporting during her workshop on the biology of body composition
… and of course big shout out to my brother for joining me on this trip
