The night pendulum squat!
This is the best Quad builder (IMO ofc) as it provides straight tension locked on your quads from top to bottom!
A lot of times squatting whether it be with the barbell, smith machine or even dumbbells your glutes tend to kick in however, with the pendulum there is zero hip involvement which means the glutes take a back seat in this exercise so every rep only the quads will be working!
As the goal for Moh is bigger and thicker legs there is no doubt we are on track by using this machine trying to get as close to failure as possible!
