Steve Thompson taking part in the the legendary Orion 15 race. 15 tough miles of mud, hills and more through Epping Forest. Orion Harriers' race is one for your bucket list. Steve wears the lightweight Peach Mist TOR cap.

Running hurts, but it's bloody good fun.

Getting some Parkrun miles in this morning. Bike broke down on the way and had to abandon it, but got there for the start.

A good tempo run but still finding it hard to dig that bit deeper. Might need to build up to a race and really prepare for it.

Great to see Josh back and running a cheeky 18minute 5k!

Trialled my new socks purchased from and loved them!! Great colours and super comfortable.
