The Cuban Circle Drill β Part 2 π₯
Now we add the Engage & Exit progression.
The boxer continues to circle until the whistle.
Then:
Engage. Strike. Exit.
Stop the movement, step in and fire the combination β then get back out and immediately return to the circle.
Now the drill isnβt just about movement.
Itβs about reacting, closing distance, striking and getting back to range.

The Cuban Circle Drill β Part 1 π₯
A simple drill with a lot of purpose.
Keep your stance wide and square. Stay light on your feet. Circle, maintain your position and react to the whistle.
The focus here is coordination, agility, balance and reaction β while learning to move without losing your boxing stance.
Build the feet first. Everything else follows.

Respect your passion.
Mixed up padwork.
No set routines. No predicting what comes next. Just staying light on the feet, reading the targets and reacting in real time.
This is where you build a genuine fight rhythm. π₯π¦
Whoβs holding the pads for you this week? π

A highlight from last season.
From the gym... to the ring.
Most people remember the result.
I remember what it took to get there.
Looking forward to building on it this season.

π₯ Creating Offensive Angles
Good footwork creates better opportunities.
This drill uses a triple jab to occupy your opponentβs guard, a step to create the angle, and a cross delivered down the new attacking lane.
β’ Triple jab left.
β’ Step right.
β’ Fire the cross.
Donβt force the opening. Create it.
Drill it until your feet and hands move as one.
π¦ Are you working on creating offensive angles in your training?
