Are you one of those that doesn’t like fish? I’ve been there, and over the years I needed to find ways to eat fish or find the fishes I like better or cook them in a different way, this is how I came with this high protein Sea bass recipe! I promise you, you’ll love it!

Ingredients:
- Sea bass
- Quark
- Wafer thin cured ham
- Cherry tomato
Feel free to add rice, baked potatoes, or salad as a side to increase your carbs if needed.

We will be working out at home the following weeks giving the circumstances, also we will organise live trainings if you want to join so that we can motivate together!

It felt amazing to comeback to gym after all those months. I was a bit doubtful with the Covid and the people I could find there but I must say it felt also super safe and clean which gave me confidence to continue going.

Ha sido increíble poder volver al gym después de todo este tiempo. Estaba un poco dudoso por todo el tema del covid y la gente que podría encontrarme allí pero la verdad es que estuvimos súper seguros y todo limpio, lo que me ha dado confianza de seguir yendo.

Technical run through the mountain. Slow pace but really hard to climb. It felt awesome on the legs and heart. A bit of variety after all the HiiT workouts.
