This guy Dave Martin has been responsible for my Muay Thai rebirth over the last 4 years. A great champion and a fantastic coach. I’ve know Dave for probably over 30 years.

Yesterday’s Paella was the first of the year and the first rice I have had since 2024. It was a good one 🇪🇸

That’s what you get on your lead leg when you don’t concentrate in Muay Thai. Classic dead leg. Took kick on the outside of the thigh, bleeding appeared on opposite side. Kick was not too hard just hit the spot 😄. Muscle smashes against the bone, internal bleeding etc. Now fully recovered after about 3 weeks. Back on pads after a week, no sparring as yet.

For anyone who went to clubs in the 90s , this might be worth a read.
