New class!!

Another great class today. I love people rediscovering their ability to get on and off the floor.

One more class next Thursday before we break for half term.

Must be booked in advance: £12 or £66 for block of 6 weeks
Suitable for people living with neurological conditions such as; Parkinsons Disease, Stroke, MS.
Suitable for people living with chronic health conditions or who would like a slower paced class with individual adaptations.
Can be done seated or standing.
