A new chapter in freeride performance.

The 2026 Cabrinha Moto Apex has been rebuilt from the ground up for riders who want one premium kite capable of covering almost every session.

Its new outline combines with Aluula Composite outer struts to reduce weight, increase stiffness and help the kite hold a cleaner aerodynamic shape. The result is faster steering, sharper feedback and precise control across a wide wind range.

At the centre of the design is Cabrinha’s new Vert-X bridle. Designed to work with both High-V and Low-V control-bar setups, it allows riders to choose between crisp, immediate response and a smoother, more progressive delivery.

Lighter, stiffer and more reactive, the 2026 Switchblade Design Works combines proven Switchblade stability with faster steering, improved efficiency and more precise bar feedback.

Its full Aluula leading edge and strut construction reduces weight while increasing structural stiffness. A refined aerodynamic profile and reduced leading edge diameter help the kite fly faster, track efficiently upwind and respond cleanly through powered turns.

The Vert-X bridle is compatible with Cabrinha Unify High-Y or Low-V configurations, allowing riders to tune steering response, turning radius and overall bar feel.
