From losing one of the closest people to me to seeing my business thrive, this year has been full of ups in down ๐๐ผ
Resilience is the one thing that I am taking from 2021. The ability to find strength, pick yourself up again after a hardship or failure and remember who the f**k youโre! ๐๐ผ
I have seen so much of it this year from clients to friends who have dusted themselves off and battled for what they want and deserve. Itโs been a privilege to see so many of you winning ๐๐ผ
Hereโs to 2022 - pushing our limits beyond belief. Fighting for our goals and dreams. They are within all of our reach, go grab them by the balls!

Katrina came to me wanting to feel more confident in herself, build healthy habits in addition with a goal of fat loss.
We worked together with a daily calorie, protein target and education around nutrition. 4 workouts a week with a mixture of gym and home workouts. Also increasing her daily step count.
This is what hard work and dedication is! All whilst finding the balance for my clients with their social/work life whilst remaining on track with their fitness goals.
Darling girl you have smashed it and Iโm so excited to watch you develop and grow, this is only the start for you super proud. All hail the glute gains too! ๐ช๐ผ๐๐

As we head into the festive season just a reminder that you donโt need to do any crazy HIIT workouts to โburnโ off mince pies or the tin of quality streets ๐คฃ๐
Yes be consistent with your training and make sensible nutritional choices most of the time but balance is key.
On that note my Tonyโs advent calendar is staring me right in the face ๐๐

Read that again.
Youโre not stuck, incapable or without talent.
YOU have the final choice to be dedicated, committed and willing to learn.
Do not back down from the challenge because of your own limitations that you have fed yourself. We like to tell ourselves that weโre incapable, not good enough or will fail. If you approach anything you want to achieve with hesitation you will ultimately fail.
Flip the switch start telling yourself things are going to work and you will figure them out no matter how long it takes.
I tell my clients all the time the power is inside of them, trust yourself.

I have recently starting writing 3 things daily that I am grateful forโฆ
The one that often comes up is my good health & fitness.
I used to find exercise such a chore but over time (and age ๐คฃ๐ต๐ผ) it is an absolute privilege and luxury to be able to move my body. To see how amazing our bodies are and how we can physically push them is insane.
I donโt know about you but I want to be looking great, fit, healthy & active well into my 60s 70s and beyond! Start now, there is nothing more important than your health. ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
