I don’t talk about weight loss.
I’m interested in the weight we release from our hearts, bodies, and nervous systems.

The stress.
The pressure.
The survival mode.

Here are some movements that help you reconnect to yourself:
— Shaking + jumping → releases built-up stress + stagnant energy
— EFT tapping → calms the nervous system + reduces overwhelm
— Breathwork → regulates the body + creates emotional release
— Rest + meditation → gives the body space to soften + repair
— Free movement + dancing → builds connection, expression + freedom
— Spinal movements → releases tension + brings energy back into the body

Movement isn’t always about changing your body.
Sometimes it’s about coming home to it.

Over 5 years ago I started on a journey to start to speak on the things that were keeping me stuck in cycles of self sabotage, self destruction and deep pain.

What a journey. I would not be here without those conversations I therapy. I would not be as at peace as I am now. Each day is still a work in progress, each day I have to work on my urge to save, to people please, to fawn or hide myself away, if you have these patterns they require a little consistency, a huge amount of grace and a little humour mixed in.

I’m human, I tell myself. Now I laugh and smile and think yes of course you are. ♥️
