We’re delighted to announce Coach Sophie as our Beckenham Player Development Centre Coach! ⚽

Sophie’s football journey began early, first as a player, then as a coach, and she’s been inspiring young players ever since. She started coaching at just 14 with Crystal Palace U8 Girls and by 16 was already running holiday football camps, a role she still loves today.

Now, she coaches across multiple age groups, from beginner sessions for 5–11s through to U15 squads, and has also managed representative teams at youth games level, including Bromley.

As a player, Sophie came through the ranks at Crystal Palace from U8s right through to U21s, before stepping into senior football with Millwall Lionesses. She also represented Bromley district, Kent County and the London Youth Games along the way.

With a wealth of experience, a passion for player development and an infectious enthusiasm for the game, Sophie brings energy, expertise and inspiration to our Beckenham Player Development Centre.

👉 Sophie can’t wait to meet all the girls signed up for the sessions next week and there are still spaces to join!
