HEY EVERYONE✨ it’s been a while…
The last year has been one hell of a rollercoaster. It’s been tough. Losing my mum really took its toll on me. Trying to navigate the loss of the woman who brought you in to this world mixed with the chaos of moving my whole life and renovating a house was extremely difficult. I needed time for myself, to heal and reset.
Training took a backseat, with me only training once a week. Which for those of you who know me, know this is my worst nightmare haha🫨
But I’m ready to come back stronger and get myself back on track❤️🔥
Over the next few weeks I will be relaunching my online coaching platform and opening up more personal training slots🥰✨

It was so good to just get out in the fresh air yesterday, getting the steps in and just having some time to think.
After having a few crazy weeks (moving house etc) it is time to focus all my energy back in to my coaching and PT’ing.
I have plenty planned for the rest of 2022 and just can’t wait for what’s to come🙌🏼💫

A HUGE life lesson I have learnt recently is DO NOT let a single person or thing get in the way of achieving your goals.
Don't throw away all your progress in the heat of the moment just because you're going through a difficult phase. Ride the wave and use it as motivation🌊✨
The road to recovery after a difficult situation isn't easy and everyone handles things differently so don't compare your journey to others.
There's always going to be ups and downs.
But stay focused, let go and move on from the situation.
Start the journey towards becoming a better version of yourself💫
The greatest opportunities for growth in our lives come when we're the most uncomfortable.
Discomfort is an opportunity. Accept it, embrace it and cherish it.
You will eventually move on from the difficult situation. But you have to start, TODAY. The last thing you want is to look back on this moment and realise you waited too long to accept this as your opportunity to better yourself. Time is too precious to waste feeling stuck⏰
I'm a better version of myself today than I've ever been and I'm still a work in progress. WE ALL ARE✨

On Saturday I took a trip to the Lakes and climbed Scafell Pike.
There is honestly nothing better than going outdoors and getting out in the fresh air.

Self care.
It gets preached a lot, but often just talked about with no real plan for how to practice it🤷🏼♀️
Self-care is way more than just taking a bath, going for a massage or putting on a face mask🛁🧖🏼♀️
It's a habit, a mindset, a part of one's life that establishes and reinforces an ongoing sense of balance.
Balancing work and a career, family/friends, a social life, physical needs and mental health is no easy task.
It's very easy to get out of balance in our lives which is exactly what I've done lately.
Life is all about balance.
I took a step back lately and asked myself...
'How in the world can you be at your best to take care of other people if you do not first take care of yourself?'
The people who count on you (your family, co-workers, friends, etc) and in my case my clients, need you to do this!
Stop for a minute.
Please read this paragraph again.
Think about it.
After realising I had to do something that would allow me to feel more myself, I decided to have a little pamper day. I went for a new colour/curly blow ( ), fresh lashes ( ) and a new set of nails ( ) and now I feel 100000x better💇🏼♀️👁💅
